Account Manager

Your prime function will be

  • Manage assigned customer accounts profitably to achieve designated organizational targets through customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships by implementing appropriate and unique service strategies.
  • Represent the entire range of company solutions to customers.
  • Work closely with internal departments within the local and group organization and lead the customer account planning cycle within the organization to ensure that customer expectations are met at a satisfactory level.

You will be responsible for

  • Customer Order Management
  • Quotation Management
  • Demand and SOP Management
  • Safety stock Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Profitability Management
  • Account Manager may be required to work after office hours or on weekends as Requested by the superior or as per the process requirements
  • The Account Manager must have been compelled to follow the code of conduct

Qualifications needed for the role

  • A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Customer Service Management, Key Account Management, Marketing, etc.
  • A good command of English is a must.
  • At least 3 years' experience in customer service management or merchandising
  • Professional qualifications in Supply Chain management will be an added advantage
  • Statistical Analysis Skills will be an added advantage
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Business Acumen Skills
  • Relationship Building skill
  • Multi-Tasking Skills
  • Leadership Skills
