Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate academic and training programmes effectively.
  • Serve as the primary contact point between students, lecturers, and management.
  • Manage scheduling, timetables, and programme-related events.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth programme operations.
  • Support student services and handle inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare reports and assist in programme development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A degree in education/business or related field is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
  • Prior experience in academic coordination or administration will be an added advantage.
