About Us
Ariel Assets Pvt Ltd is a real estate and wellness consultancy in Colombo, developing wellness real estate and health tourism projects across Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our business development efforts.
What You'll Do
- Drive business development for wellness and health tourism projects
- Coordinate with investors, partners, government bodies, and wellness operators
- Manage client requirements and deliver tailored wellness tourism solutions
- Plan and organise wellness tours, retreats, and health tourism programmes
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and BD reports
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role
- Background in tourism, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and willing to travel
