DESIGNATION: MANAGER – FINANCIAL PLANNING & BUSINESS PARTNERING
COMPANY NAME: CBL NATURAL FOODS CLUSTER
LOCATION: MINUWANGODA OR ALAWWA
ROLE PROFILE
- Collaborate with all departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts for the Cluster.
- Share external insights and industry best practices effectively to help in achieving measurable improvements.
- Conduct cost center reviews meetings with respective stakeholders, monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis / recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure timely escalation of performance deviations.
- Analyze costs across various verticals and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the management to enhance business performance by facilitating well-informed high quality financial decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all management information reports.
- Coordinate product pricing and category / customer / order wise actual profitability reviews.
- Ensure effective investment management, particularly in capital expenditure projects by addressing governance, risk, financial performance and post investment reviews.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Take a proactive approach in supporting team development, performance and career progression.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as required by the role.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Full qualification in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Management.
- A minimum of 8 years’ working experience of which 2 years are in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in Export / Manufacturing sector and ERP System (SAP) is a distinct advantage.
- Possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand, adapt, initiate, implement processes and operate in a changing environment.
- A team player with high levels of energy, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
