SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Manager / Manager – Human Resources, you will be a key strategic partner to the business, leading HR strategy, driving transformation initiatives and building a high-performance culture that enables sustainable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement.
  • Drive HR digital transformation, analytics, automation and technology adoption.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits and recognition programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies and governance requirements.
  • Lead organizational change and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Build and develop a high-performing HR team and capability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA – an advantage.
  • Professional membership – CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, organizational development and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR governance.
  • Experience in HR digital transformation, HRIS, HR analytics, AI-enabled HR solutions and process automation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
