Operations Coordinator
REMUNERATION: LKR 47,000 (TAKE HOME)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, documentation handling, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.
This is a full-time female position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Equipment Purchasing: Manage procurement of equipment, including vendor communication, and processing purchase orders.
- Office Correspondence: Prepare and manage all official correspondence such as emails, letters, and internal notices in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Coordination: Oversee payment collection activities, issue reminders, and ensure effective follow-up to support healthy cash flow.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent
- Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations-related role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
