Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Adaptability Advisor
Location: Kilinochchi Or Batticaloa
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Adaptability Advisor is responsible for ensuring that the outputs, outcomes, learning, and impact of the CATALYZE project are systematically captured, analyzed, documented, and shared with project stakeholders, including Chrysalis staff, partners, the European Union (EU), government authorities, and community stakeholders.
S/he will lead the design and implementation of appropriate Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) systems and knowledge management processes for the project while ensuring alignment with donor requirements, organizational Programme Quality standards, Human Rights-Based Approaches (HRBA), Gender Equality Frameworks (GEF), and Gender Transformative Approaches (GTA).
