BRANCH OPERATIONS & AUDIT EXECUTIVE

ABOUT NATURALS

We are seeking a proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented Branch Operations & Audit Executive to support and maintain operational excellence across our salon network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct daily audits on branch cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Monitor staff grooming and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Audit branch operations, including customer handling, front office procedures, and billing processes.
- Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance and facility-related issues.
- Monitor and control branch stock levels, including master stock and in-use stock.
- Support and guide branch teams to achieve operational targets and maintain Naturals standards.
- Prepare and submit audit reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to work.
- Willingness to travel between branches on a daily basis.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with branch teams.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, salon operations, or a similar operational role will be an added advantage.
