Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery.
- Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring quality and specification compliance.
- Monitor order status, follow up on deliveries, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure procurement policy and budget compliance.
- Maintain purchasing and logistics records.
- Process invoices and match them with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Monitor and coordinate all import and export shipments to ensure delivery schedules meet in-house production and operational deadlines.
- Prepare logistics documentation, and manage customs clearance with freight forwarders.
- Manage all BOI formalities related to sub-approvals, as well as import and export shipments.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 Years relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
