TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE – DYE HOUSE
We are happy to extend the opportunity to a self-motivated individual with commitment, initiative and enthusiasm, to join our Dye House Team and gain the exposure required to secure an eminent position in the corporate world.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the dyeing process to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis for dyeing defects and process deviations.
- Recommend, implement, and monitor corrective, containment, and preventive actions to eliminate recurring issues.
- Support new product development activities, including process trials, recipe optimization, and bulk implementation.
- Monitor dye house performance indicators and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Laboratory teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Assist in standardizing best practices and maintaining process documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fabric dyeing operations.
- Strong knowledge of textile dyeing processes, chemicals, color management, and quality control systems.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
