Assistant – Imports (Borella)

The Job:

The Assistant – Imports supports the import process by coordinating documentation, tracking shipments, communicating with suppliers and freight partners, and ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain import documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
  • Track shipments and update delivery status.
  • Assist with customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain import records and prepare basic reports.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in imports or logistics (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of import procedures and documentation.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
