CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CALL CENTRE)

Naturals, Sri Lanka's leading beauty and wellness brand, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service by handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting communication between customers and our salon network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Provide information about Naturals services, promotions, and salon locations
- Coordinate appointments and consultation requests with branches
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Support hotline operations and ensure all inquiries are responded to promptly
- Liaise with branches and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or Diploma in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, call centre operations, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil will be an added advantage)
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
