KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality in line with company standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control effectively.
- Coordinate with management and handle reporting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar managerial role (Hospitality/Restaurant industry preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations independently.
- Solid understanding of food, beverage, customer service, and outlet operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer experience.
- Age below 40 years.
- Working hours 6.00Am to 07.30Pm
