QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in managing residential or commercial facilities
- Strong knowledge of building systems such as STP, electrical, plumbing, and elevators
- Experience in coordinating maintenance teams and external service providers
- Strong leadership and contractor management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle resident requests and complaints professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in maintaining financial, maintenance, and operational records
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, elevators)
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Handle management and utility fee collections and maintain accurate financial records
- Supervise housekeeping, gardening, and landscaping to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Ensure proper functioning and safety of gym and swimming pool facilities
- Manage and coordinate external vendors, including security and technical teams
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
