FACTORY MANAGER
Lead Manufacturing Excellence with Biogrow Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.
Join one of Sri Lanka's leading manufacturers of coir-based growing substrates. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our Wariyapola manufacturing facility, inspire high-performing teams, and drive factory operations excellence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed company.
- A degree/ professional qualification in Business Management or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Engineering background is also highly considerable for us in this job. (Added Advantage)
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and take full ownership of factory operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency while making the most use of the company's assets and cutting down on wasteful spending for optimal results.
- Monitor factory operations, initiate corrective actions, and commit to plant safety procedures.
- Adhere to tasks provided by the top management while monitoring factory operations' costs and losses through forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
- Develop systems, processes, and standards that track and optimize productivity metrics and KPIs to ensure effective return on assets.
