TECHNICAL OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or NVQ Level 5/6 in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building or civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and quality control.
- Ability to coordinate site activities and maintain project records.

SITE SUPERVISOR
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in supervising building or civil construction projects.
- Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and quality standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills.

TRAINEE SUPERVISOR / TRAINEE ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate or recently completed a Degree, HND, Diploma, or NVQ in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Passion for learning and developing a career in the construction industry.
