AI Content Editor – Video

We're looking for a creative AI Content Editor – Video to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about video editing, social media, and using AI tools to create high-quality content faster, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Edit testimonial, explainer, and staff spotlight videos into engaging, on-brand content.
- Use AI tools to speed up editing, including auto-captioning, voiceovers, background noise removal, and motion graphics.
- Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content for Reels, Stories, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the organic social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Build and improve AI-assisted editing workflows to increase content output.
- Collaborate with our Design Team to create consistent branded content.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Veo 3, Seedance, Kling AI, Higgsfield AI, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar AI platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for healthcare, aged care, or other service-based industries.
- Basic motion graphics skills using After Effects or similar tools.
- Experience with AI image generation, AI avatars, voice overs, or AI-assisted content creation.
- Knowledge of social media trends and short-form content best practices across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
