SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE
DSL Lanka (Pvt) Limited is a leading manufacturer committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team and support our procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics operations.
WE ARE HIRING
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to support production.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
- Assist in production planning and material requirement planning (MRP).
- Coordinate with stores, production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems.
- Analyze inventory and procurement data to improve operational efficiency.
- Support supplier evaluations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Prepare reports related to purchasing, inventory, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and supply chain best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, purchasing processes, and logistics operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (GAPRO experience will be an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
