You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our guests, ensuring pool operations, hygiene, and water quality standards are upheld at all times. Your attentiveness and guest-focused approach will contribute to a relaxing and memorable experience, strengthening our reputation as a leader in Sri Lankan luxury hospitality.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- Candidates must have prior experience in pool operations or guest service, with 1–2 years of proven experience in a luxury resort or boutique hotel environment preferred.
- Relevant qualification or certification in pool/lifeguard operations, water safety, or a related field from a recognized institute would be an added advantage.
- Should be proficient in pool maintenance activities, including water quality testing, cleanliness, and safety equipment checks.
- A positive mindset with a proactive and guest-focused approach.
- Should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to guest requests and emergencies.
- Willingness to relocate at resort.
