Executive – Sales

We're looking for an experienced sales leader to drive our land and residency sales targets and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for land plots and residential projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Monitor sales performance and report to senior management
  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts

Executive – Sales

We're looking for a motivated sales executive to generate leads, conduct client meetings and site visits, and close sales for our land and residency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
  • Present and explain property features, pricing, and payment plans to prospective buyers
  • Conduct site visits and guide clients through the buying process
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
  • Meet monthly sales targets

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
