Vacancy for Quantity Surveyor
A leading Architectural practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 1 year of work experience, OR
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
- Sound knowledge of quantity surveying practices, cost estimation-
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and payment applications.
- Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
- Coordinate with Consultant Qs/project teams to ensure effective cost control throughout the project.
