Tele Sales Manager

Remote | Full-Time

Imperial Edutech (Pvt) Ltd specializes in delivering EdTech services and internationally recognised professional online courses. Established in 2016 in Sri Lanka, the company collaborates with its subsidiary and associated companies in the United Kingdom, leveraging advanced technology to enhance learning experiences and contribute to improving education for society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote UK-accredited educational programmes to prospective students and professionals.
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound telesales.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to successful enrolment.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to maximise conversions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Previous experience in Education, Training, EdTech, or B2B Sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Status of the job:

Work from Home

You are required to work parallel to UK office hours. Regular working hours are 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and during UK daylight saving time 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends and UK bank holidays are off.
