FRONT OFFICE CUM NATURALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Officer
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and –out procedures.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries.
- Maintain guest records and process payments accurately.
- Perform daily front office tasks and assisting accounts related work.
Naturalist
- Support the Naturalist team in research reporting.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Confidently identify and track local flora, fauna, birds, and insects.
- Educate guests about ecosystems, wildlife, and plants.
- Assisting in habitat restoration, documenting and engaging information to guests about local flora and fauna.
- Maintain records of sightings and ecological data.
- Ensure guest safety during outdoor activities.
CORE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or Eco-tourism, or a vocational/specialized certificate in a related field.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and basic accounting systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A team player with a friendly and approachable attitude.
