JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1. Supervise and inspect Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site.
- 2. Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
- 3. Implement quality control and quality assurance procedures for MEP works.
- 4. Monitor site safety related to MEP activities.
- 5. Coordinate with civil teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works.
- 6. Monitor progress of MEP works and report to the Manager Construction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- • B.Eng or Diploma (NDES, NDT, HNDE or equivalent) in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 10 years' experience in apartment projects
