At Marawila Resorts PLC (Club Palm Bay, Marawila)
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the properties' finances, including accounting, reporting, auditing, and taxation
- Drive the properties' financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and internal control
- Ensure cash flow is sufficient for the properties' operations
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Manage the properties' finance team
- Manage the purchasing and stores for seamless day-to-day operations
Prerequisites
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution
- A minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar capacity in a star-class hotel/resort
- Should possess a good understanding of MS Office applications
- Additional experience in Audit will be a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
