Senior Executive / Executive - Underwriting (Group Life & Surgical)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline the quotation issuance process for the Group Life Surgical Division.
- Handle and respond to quotation-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations and achieve departmental service benchmarks.
- Coordinate and follow up on IT-related requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and support operational excellence within the department.
Job pre-requisites:
- Successfully completed GCE A/L.
- Professional qualifications such as ACII (UK), CII Diploma (SLII), or AII (completed or partly qualified) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Life/Surgical Insurance, particularly in underwriting and/or claims.
- Sound knowledge of insurance operations and industry practices.
