Job Profile
The Showroom In-Charge is responsible for the overall management of the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining showroom standards, and overseeing daily operations. The role requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while ensuring efficient coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations.
- Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate showroom staff.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate deliveries and order fulfilment.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or showroom operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
