ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the invoice counter operations with walking customers.
  • Responsible for invoice processing, receiving payments and handle the invoice counter.
  • Responsible for arranging all printed invoices for delivery with supporting documents.
  • Responsible for arranging and maintain invoice handover book.
  • Responsible for process customer invoices in with policies, and internal controls in timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same capacity will be an added advantage.
  • Successfully completed GCE A/L.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proficiency of computer literacy in MS office packages.
  • Male candidates are preferred.
  • Having riding licence is a must.
  • Those who are residing in Kadawatha/ Siyambalapale/ Kiribathgoda/ Biyagama will be preferred.
