Telemarketing Executives
Core responsibility of Telemarketing Executives are identify potential customers through various communications channels and achieve monthly sales targets while enhance the customer services.
Duties and Responsibilities of Telemarketing Executives
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up.
- Achieve sales targets while building strong relationship with clients
- Always influence potential clients through telemarketing and maximize the client base
- Keep accurate customer records, interactions and feedbacks.
- Resolve client complaints and maintain the complaint records to minimize it in future.
- Provide necessary reports as requested by the Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, marketing or business development. Experience in Real Estate industry is added advantage.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business development or relevant qualification from recognized institute.
- Knowledge of MS office package and CRM systems.
- Good communications skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- Female candidates are preferred.
