ACCOUNTS
TRAINEE - UAE
SCHOOL LEAVERS WELCOME - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -
Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Reconciliation: Execute accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank accounts, client accounts, and related general ledger items.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of company financials to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management regarding profitability and cash flow, particularly concerning real estate projects.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Manage and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger, ensuring proper journal entries and month-end closing procedures.
- External Auditing: Act as a key liaison for the annual external audit process, preparing necessary schedules, providing documentation, and addressing auditor queries efficiently.
- Tax Support: Assist in preparing documentation and analysis required for corporate and property-related tax compliance.
Requirements:
- School leavers are welcome to apply; no prior work experience required.
- Good accounting knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Completion of A/L Commerce stream or a relevant accounting qualification is must.
- Willingness to learn online accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.
- Candidates pursuing or possessing professional qualifications such as AAT, CA, CIMA, or ACCA will have a distinct advantage.
