HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping Attendant to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 17 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with hotel standards and hygiene guidelines.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and presented to the highest standards within required turnaround times.
- Replenish amenities, linen, and supplies in guest rooms and service areas as required.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly to supervisors.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety practices, and use of housekeeping equipment.
- Support special cleaning tasks, deep-cleaning schedules, and periodic housekeeping projects.
- Deliver courteous and professional service to guests, responding to requests promptly and respectfully.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping within a hotel or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
