Stores & Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores & Purchasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stores management and purchasing (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
