Stores & Purchasing Executive
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stores & Purchasing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing procurement activities, and ensuring efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
- Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and negotiating prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stores management and purchasing (preferred).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
