We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented TV Operations Executive / Assistant to maintain daily TV operations, including scheduling, EPG management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth broadcasting.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to maintain daily TV operations, including scheduling, EPG management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth broadcasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily TV operations for all channels
  • Create, update, and monitor TV schedules
  • Maintain accurate EPG (Electronic Program Guide) information
  • Ensure timely updates for live events, replays, and special programming
  • Maintain and update the TV inventory sheet regularly
  • Coordinate with production, technical, and content teams for smooth operations
  • Assist in planning and executing new TV programs

Qualifications

  • Interest in TV/media/sports broadcasting
  • Basic understanding of TV scheduling & EPG systems
  • Prior experience in media or operations (added advantage)
  • Good attention to detail & strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
