ASSISTANT MANAGER – KEY ACCOUNTS (FLEET & CORPORATE)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3 – 5 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE in Key Account Management, Corporate Sales, Fleet Sales or Business Development.
  • BACHELOR’S DEGREE or a professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATION SKILLS with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • SELF-MOTIVATED, TARGET-DRIVEN & ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
  • VALID DRIVING LICENSE will be an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage relationships with fleet and corporate customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and fleet segment.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and account plans for management review.
