What You Will Do

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to generate original content.
  • Develop content for articles, product descriptions, social media, and review content on the company’s website.
  • Assist the marketing team in devising content plans for various campaigns.
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Edit and refine existing content to enhance readability.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement keyword research to drive traffic to the company website.
  • Craft compelling headlines and body copy to captivate target audiences across various social media channels.
  • Identify customer needs and propose new content direction to address gaps in the company’s current content.

  • Full time job (9:00 - 18:00 Weekdays)

What You Are Good At (REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven content writing experience in both English and Sinhala.
  • Experience in the Finance/ Trading sector is a definite plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing published articles and short contents on social media.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills.
