QUANTITY SURVEYOR & DRAFTSMEN
(Road Project – Immediate Recruitment)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Kanola Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a reputed C1 Construction Company, is seeking experienced and qualified professionals for an ongoing road construction project.
1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost control
- Evaluate subcontractor payments and variations
- Prepare interim and final bills
- Maintain accurate financial and project records
- Coordinate with site and management teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in road construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contracts
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
2. DRAFTSMEN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and revise engineering and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams
- Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/NQV in Drafting, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/Civil 3D is an added advantage).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.
