This role involves working closely with both direct guests and travel agents to handle all reservation inquiries efficiently. With proficiency in using Central Reservation Systems (CRS), along with a solid understanding of OTA and Channel Manager platforms, the ideal candidate will focus on maximising inquiry conversions through maintaining strong relationships with travel partners.
Responsibilities also include proactive upselling and cross-selling within the hotel collection, providing timely updates on occupancy, rates, budgets and assisting in coordinating and distributing work within the reservations team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel industry. A positive personality and a professional attitude are essential to thrive in the dynamic and customer-focused environment.
