QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KURUNEGALA
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for steel building and roofing projects.
- Analyze customer requirements, drawings, and specifications to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate project costing
- Provide technical support and cost advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain pricing records and ensure quotations comply with company standards.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and support the sales process with technical expertise.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all quantity surveying documentation.
Job Requirements
- Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction or steel building industry.
- Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and project costing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
