WE ARE HIRING A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

SHOULDERS COCKTAIL BAR AND RESTAURANT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including the cocktail bar.
  • Lead, motivate and develop outlet management teams.
  • Ensure service, food quality and brand standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor sales performance, costs and operational efficiency.
  • Implement systems and processes to improve business performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant operations management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound financial and business acumen and IT literacy.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple operational functions and teams.
