WE ARE HIRING A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

SHOULDERS COCKTAIL BAR AND RESTAURANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations including the cocktail bar.
- Lead, motivate and develop outlet management teams.
- Ensure service, food quality and brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor sales performance, costs and operational efficiency.
- Implement systems and processes to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant operations management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound financial and business acumen and IT literacy.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple operational functions and teams.
