Finance Manager

Uga Resorts is seeking a Finance Manager to join our corporate Finance Team, to guide the daily financial operations of our corporate team. We are looking for a hands on finance professional who ensures our numbers are accurate, and our daily accounting runs seamlessly.

We are looking for a leader who understands that behind every stunning property and breathtaking guest experience lies rigorous financial planning, impeccable compliance, and strategic asset management.
The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally with a strong background within the luxury hospitality or premium resort sector.
Deep Operational Knowledge: Hands on expertise in all core areas of finance from complex budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to maintaining strict compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Strategic Business Acumen: A strong commercial mindset with the ability to act as a team player, helping the team balance profitability with a high end guest experience.
Empathetic & Visionary Leadership: Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an empathetic leadership style that inspires trust, commands respect, and builds deep organizational harmony.
Professional Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Part qualification in professional membership (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
