ASSISTANT MANAGER – STUDENT PLACEMENT
We are seeking a motivated individual to support student internship and placement activities while coordinating with academic teams and industry partners.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners
- Coordinate placement processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews)
- Support career fairs and recruitment events
- Liaise with academic teams to align placement activities
- Maintain placement records and prepare reports
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
