Accounts Officer

A leading, diversified group of companies is expanding its team. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented individuals to fill the following vacancy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Take full responsibility for daily petty cash operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and maintenance of balance records.
  • Accounts Receivable & Credit Control: Manage debtor accounts, monitor outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and maintain effective credit control procedures.
  • General Accounting: Maintain accurate accounting records, update day-to-day financial transactions, assist with ledger maintenance, and prepare routine financial reports.
  • Financial Administration: Support month-end closing activities, maintain proper documentation, and ensure compliance with internal financial procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Qualification: AAT Qualified (Completed or Final Stage).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing within a 20 km radius of Hanwella are strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record keeping.

(Candidates residing within a 20 km radius will be given preference)
