Role:
To assist in creating optimum customer satisfaction by providing the highest standard of food and quality and presentation at the same time maximizing the profit margins through effective management of the relevant kitchen operations.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Commis – Butchery for a reputable award–winning modern restaurant or hotel.
- Flexible to relocations and adaptable to different working environments
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Required to perform pro-actively and independently and determine policies within strategic, given guidelines
