ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and to standard.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and technical breakdowns.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, resort standards, and equipment maintenance records.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills and commitment to health & safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury resort.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication, problem-solving skills and commitment to health & safety standards.
