Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end reservations for hotels, transfers, tours and related travel services.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, vouchers and travel documentation.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations and special requests.
- Monitor daily tour operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and booking systems.
- Respond to travel partners and customer inquiries promptly.
- Support Sales & Marketing team with operational information and product updates.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in reservations, travel operations or hospitality.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Basic sales and cross-selling abilities.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office.
- Diploma / Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or related field is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lanka as a travel destination.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally for development, trade fairs and familiarization trips.
