Senior Procurement Executive – Engineering/Machinery Spare Parts
LALAN – NON-RUBBER SECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & drive effective purchasing strategies.
- Source and procure engineering, electrical, mechanical, and machinery spare parts in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with local and overseas engineering item suppliers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and technical specifications.
- Verify technical specifications and ensure procured items meet engineering requirements.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors & suppliers.
- Determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
- Maintain records of received & ordered goods.
- Effective control of purchasing departmental budget.
- Monitor and forecast future trends and demands.
- Reporting directly to the Manager Procurement.
PROFILE
- Passed G.C.E. Advance Level.
- At least foundation course in Institute of Supply & Material Management or equivalent qualification will be advantageous.
- Good command of English written & spoken.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement of engineering, maintenance, or industrial/machinery spare parts.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Driving license.
