EXECUTIVES

FIXED DEPOSIT & SAVINGS DEPARTMENT
n
(Jaffna/ Kurunegala/ Galle / Homagama/ Polonnaruwa/ Panadura/ Negombo/ Batticaloa/ Gampaha)

Key Responsibilities
n
n- Actively promote and sell Fixed Deposit products to achieve assigned sales targets.
n- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, networking, and referrals.
n- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive deposit growth.
n- Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate business opportunities.
n- Provide customers with accurate information on interest rates, maturity options, and product benefits.
n- Monitor upcoming maturities and proactively secure renewals to retain funds.
n- Cross-sell other financial products to maximize revenue opportunities.
n- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of prospects and regularly report sales performance.
n- Ensure all documentation and processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
n- Participate in promotional campaigns, field activities, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
n
n- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
n- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (experience in banking, finance, or fixed deposits is a strong advantage).
n- Proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably in financial services).
n- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
n- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
n- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
n- Ability to work in a target-driven and outdoor sales environment.
n- Good knowledge of financial products and market trends is an added advantage.
n- Proficiency in MS Office.
