Senior Executive/ Executive - Management Accounting

JOB PROFILE
- Ensure accurate cost allocation across hospital departments, collaborating with various services for efficient cost tracking.
- Maintain up to date costing structures and pricing, conduct cost analysis, and monitor variances to provide key financial insights.
- Perform random audits on inpatient and outpatient billing, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and recommend process improvements.
- Support financial accounting activities, manage cost transfers, and generate reports within depth of financial analysis to guide management decisions.
- Collaborate with commercial/marketing teams on pricing proposals for new services/packages.
- Improve automation of costing and reporting processes while supporting system enhancements related to costing and billing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or CA or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in service related costing. Experience in a hospital setting will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of management accounting and costing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
