Great fit if you've cut your teeth in an agency, or grown your career inside a startup or scale-up that's gone through real growth. 5–7+ years' experience, hands-on, largely autonomous.

We're looking for the right person to help take that next step with us.

What you'll do

  • Own the B2B marketing plan and content calendar across three businesses
  • Run SEO, email (Mailchimp), LinkedIn, or any other suitable platforms as core channel to maximize ROI
  • Plan and produce website and blog content across all three businesses
  • Drive acquisition on both sides of the labour hire marketplace — workers and employers
  • Keep brand voice and visual identity consistent across every business
  • Report on leads, cost per enquiry and channel performance on a regular cadence

What you'll bring

  • 5–7+ years' marketing experience, ideally agency or growth-stage in-house
  • Confident hands-on writer — content and campaigns, no hand-holding needed
  • Practical SEO (Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC) and Mailchimp campaign experience
  • Comfortable owning organic and paid across LinkedIn and other suitable platforms for B2B lead gen
  • GA4/GTM literate — can turn data into a short, useful report
  • Bonus: two-sided marketplace or early-stage product launch experience
